About ViollaTech

Where we began

ViollaTech was founded by Violla, who spent six years working with beauty devices professionally before discovering how little the industry was willing to tell its customers.

The turning point came early in her career, when a device that promised everything and disclosed nothing caused a client visible harm. The box carried no temperature range, no specifications, no warnings, only a photograph and a promise. That gap between what these products claim and what they actually do became the problem she set out to solve.

When the salon she worked for closed, she spent a difficult year away from the work entirely. She returned to it through a single question from a friend: is this device any good? Answering it properly meant reading manufacturer specification sheets that no retailer bothered to publish. Those answers turned into requests, and the requests turned into a business built on a kitchen table with eleven tested products and no funding.

What we stand for

We test what we sell. If a device does not do what its packaging claims, it does not reach our store.

We publish the specifications. Power, temperature, materials, and safety features, not only adjectives.

We describe results honestly. These are tools, not transformations. We state what they do and how long it realistically takes.

We will tell you not to buy. If a product is not right for you, we would rather say so than complete the sale.

The future of ViollaTech

We are building toward a simple standard: that no one should have to guess what a beauty device will do to their skin.

Over the coming years, our focus is on three things. Deeper product testing, so that every listing carries verified performance data rather than manufacturer marketing. Better guidance, through tools and resources that match people to the right device instead of the most expensive one. A wider, more accountable range, developed with manufacturers who are willing to disclose what they build.

The long-term goal is not simply to sell more devices. It is to make informed choice the default in a category that has profited from confusion for far too long.

Thank you for being part of it.
